5% of GDP on defense? Additional hundreds of billions for the maintenance of equipment

In an interview with Defence24.pl Deputy Minister of Defence Paweł Bejda says what level of defence spending from the budget and the Armed Forces Support Fund would be optimal. It besides stresses that the cost of support for life-cycle equipment is crucial and at the same time modernisation is "needed here and now".
