Instead, he provides many reasons for concern by making public appearances at his rallies. Critics point to the president's incoherent speeches, in which he mixes up facts and confuses threads. A rally in Pennsylvania, where Trump, alternatively of answering voters' questions, swayed to the rhythm of the music for respective twelve minutes, has sparked a flood of questions.
