Western allies of Ukraine developed a three-step safety plan to enter into force after the war ended. president Volodymyr Zelenski's chief of law has already confirmed the findings of the media.

Western Ukrainian partners developed a preliminary three-part plan to safe the state after the end of the war – reported the "Financial Times", citing diplomatic sources.

This is the plan to guarantee Ukraine's safety

According to the proposal along the line of demarcation, a demilitarised region would be created, protected by neutral peace forces originating from countries accepted by both Kiev and Moscow. It would be followed by a heavy fortified defensive line cast by Ukrainian troops trained and armed by the NATO army.

The 3rd pillar of the plan would be deterrence forces deployed deeper into Ukraine. They would be commanded by Europe, but reinforced by American strategical support. However, it is the presence of abroad troops in Ukraine that raises doubts about any politicians and public opinion in Europe.

Andrij Jermak, head of the Ukrainian President's office, confirmed the findings of the Financial Times. As he noted, "each state in the coalition will contribute, and the full will be a mix of military, political and economical support". According to him, talks focus on sending four–five European brigades within the alleged Volunteer Coalition, supported by US strategical resources.

Jermak estimated it to be a "significant turn compared to spring". He considered the fresh gathering at the White home as a breakthrough, which brought greater clarity on the safety guarantees and the mechanics for delivering US weapons with European funding. “The United States can supply a spine that will make the full safety and deterrent architecture work,” he stressed.

Meanwhile, only on Wednesday, the president of Ukraine reported that corrective action is presently underway in the Sumic region following Russian drone attacks.

"Last night, close to a 100 drones were launched that hit civilian infrastructure. Energy facilities were damaged, which led to power outages in Poltava, Suma and Chernihowski circuits," wrote president Volodymyr Zelenski.

Russia's attacks continue

Over 100,000 households are without electricity. All emergency services are working on site to reconstruct power as shortly as possible.

In the Kharkiv district, the drone struck in advanced school and in Kherson – a residential building. There are injured people who are being helped. The fire was besides affected by the Dzepr region.

"Russia continues the war, ignoring the world's appeals to end killing and destruction. fresh steps are needed to increase the force on the Kremlin, halt attacks and supply real safety guarantees," concluded Zelenski.
