$280 billion for semiconductors. U.S. legislature passed the bill

The U.S. home of Representatives adopted a bill to allocate $280 billion to subsidies for the US semiconductor manufacture and to invest in the improvement of this technology. The long-awaited bill is intended to aid the US compete with China. The home passed the bill the day after the legislature accepted it.
