Israelis fight for the regulation of law. After a week of mass, multi-thousand protests, a long-awaited performance by Benjamin Netanyahu in Kneset was held on Monday evening. “I decided to hold the second and 3rd readings in order to scope a broad consensus,” said the Prime Minister, announcing a halt to the improvement of the judiciary until the next parliamentary meeting,” says GW (28.03.) today. I don’t know what will happen next... but let’s remember that our mass, multi-thousand protests (20-24 July in 250 cities) in 2017 were cleverly neutralized by the apparent veto of the president, who signed “only” 1 of the 3 laws (the key, unconstitutional organization through which the ruling organization took over the National Judiciary Council) and the next 2 “reworked” a small bit and by the end of the year together with the majority of Parliament. And it is what it is. Violation of law, including EU constitutions and treaties, continued the fight of persecuted integrity-abiding judges and the spread of Ziobra denominations in the power-absorbed judiciary. It may have been this kind of “awaitment” that Netanyahu wisemen from Kaczyński advised, which in itself is an event on a global scale – an alliance of autocrats and anti-democrats, utmost nationalists (representing Polish anti-Semites with judaic nationalists) in the fight against people and their right to freedom of uncontrollable power and impunity. Although we should not overestimate the function and importance of the repeatedly compromised not only in relations with Israel of the written MFA – the scope of the protest, the consequence of the US and another Western countries most likely determined a step backwards and an effort to wait out.

"There is no Poland here, there is no Hungary" – for respective days now she has been chanting in Tel Aviv a crowd of outraged and defending her rights and freedoms Israelis and Israelis. The protest is total, taking the form of a general strike. It reaches troops, reservists, services and the most crucial public institutions. It spread across the country; from metropolis to town and settlement. In Poland, the protest was not that massive. The university and the crucial professional groups were opportunisticly silent, not counting the "beautiful and just" resolutions and positions of the Boards of Departments of major universities. Citizens' organisations to grow the scope of the protest called for it to be "apolitical", without the participation of the opposition, and the protest leaders repeated it on all occasion. Commentators in the media, politicians and journalists, political scientists and experts in political marketing constantly, without blinking their eyes, repeated like a mantra and shouted: people do not realize the law, do not know the Constitution. The regulation of law? – Who cares? It's besides hard. The protests lasted respective days and we lost to the moles. To this day, only a fistful of determined people support unbreakable judges and inactive resisting many lawyers. The burden of fighting for our regulation of law has been taken over by the institutions of the European Union; the TEU, the European Parliament and the European Commission with its president and the applicable committees.

Apele, to guarantee that the regulation of law, our freedoms and rights, the fundamental, systemic principles of the functioning of a democratic state become a binder for the opposition and millions of people unfortunately inactive lose to the particularities of organization cameras and individual opinions of omniscient commentators who anticipate and require differences, competition in programme details alternatively than what should be combined and now is the most important; restoring democratic order, including respect and respect for the rights and freedoms of people, public debate, tri-division and control of power. In the background, it is hard not to see, the opinion is that Poles and Poles are not adults to democracy. They realize less, they know even little and only wait for what organization leaders or media leaders “talking, inactive the same heads” offer. In this sense, protests in Israel should be a lesson to us. Only together, together, in a sense of work for the state and for our future are we able to effectively influence the emerging and developing authoritarian tendencies. Anti-democratic, imposing its control over us. Enmity with others.
