"I was not a supporter of the common list. The citizen poll convinced me. He didn't convince PSL and Holown. They're going into denial. They have "internal polls". My “internal” poll tells me that the ego of Holown will prevail. Like the last time he refused to support Trzaskowski in the 2nd round.” “On the night of 20/21 03, on Twitter, Jakub Bieryński, a sociologist, co-founder of Kantar, a recognized and respected expert in opinion and marketplace research, immediately after the debate organised on the results of the civilian poll. Prof. Markowski (quote fb): "I don't trust the words Holowna. I don't know the survey that 2 letters are better for the opposition. These are infantile assumptions.”
That's why we did the poll. Not to induce individual to have a circumstantial concept to prove to individual that we have or others are wrong, but to look at the real image of the situation and to verify their ideas and take effective action to accomplish the stated goal. Let me remind you that all opposition organization leaders have been preaching for years and repeating like a mantra: firstly, remove the Law and Justice from power.
Jakub Bierzyński was inactive rather sceptical about the common list and electoral effect in the event of the launch of the opposition in 1 block, but the data presented and the voices of another experts led him to verify the erstwhile opinion. A textbook reaction and yet, as you can see from the example of any politicians and associated people, rather rare... What ends with stubbornness and opposition to cognition and experience we know.
There comes a discussion like the 1 from 2019, together or separately, erstwhile we had a full of over 900,000 votes more than the United Right but most of the tickets were won by Kaczyński, because... look, now the same arguments come out. There is no reflection, no learning from social practice and experience goes to mind. There remains a clear peculiar interest of a fewer actually organization apparatus and their leaders; Holownia, Kobosko (till it is hard to mention others), Kamysz, Sawicki, Zgorzelski and others, but with the “people” it is simply a small different, due to the fact that after accepting a group of “conservatives” with KO recognizable names they have more... This creates different, but as a consequence likewise separatist subsoil.
Even Kaczyński understood this after years and cleverly combines self-love and irrationalism with empire and pragmatism, which brings him success; the destructive power of Poland and allows him to lie, devastate the state and bargain public money for the time being unpunished and his erstwhile opponents on the right are like doughnuts in butter and do what they want in their departments. They don't care about anyone or anything.
But let's leave Kaczyński. His plan came true. He built a reasonably numerous, 25-30% group of followers, which he calls a conscious conservative electorate for confusion in his propaganda. On Polish conditions, it is simply a strong electoral base, mentally and socially rather uniform. Resistant to arguments another than those arising from the incalculable costs and simple principles of the propaganda of power, in its capacity to accept authoritarianism and the unification and mostly dependent on power and its cash transfers. A very strong and dangerous opponent of democracy and freedom emerged.
On the another hand, we have impatienced and tired of the situation of more or little devoted supporters of a democratic order outraged by the unrighteousness, lying and stealing of the rulers today. In detail, it is simply a very diverse environment; generically, materially, environmentally and ideologically. rather demanding; with his own views and sympathies, relating critically to all power and expecting from it frequently more than she can or can do. But we have a lot in common. In addition to this and embarrassing critical reasoning for power in the large majority, we feel and support European integration, we have established respect for the law, we advocate respect for the freedoms and rights of the individual. It is simply that "democrats" who, above all, do not agree to restrict their rights to influence what is happening in the country, do not endure the manifestations of authoritarianism, the shoulder of respect for others, in those who think differently, lies, shoes and gross impunity of openly debauchery and the violation of the law by men of power. For me, the worst is the pervasive lie. It offends me, and it doesn't leave me alone.
The substance to be settled and reorganized is the multum. From women's rights, inflation, the principles of parliamentaryism and the standardization of relations with the EU, through wellness services, education and energy transformation, public media, courts, services, prosecutors, free culture, violations of the monopolies of state companies, always inefficient, the origin of advanced prices and party-union syneccury and dozens of others, with whom we will do nothing unless an open public debate comes back, including what is crucial to its efficiency – the parliamentary majority. Kaczyński by raping our country showed how much there is to be done. The essential condition is to gain a convincing majority, preferably allowing to regulation efficiently... The citizens' poll clearly showed that the majority of Democrats accept 1 electoral block and electoral ordination makes it the only solution that little than 7 months before the elections allows to think about gaining the majority in the future parliament.
There is no request for habilitation from political discipline to realize that in this situation the best and due to D’Hondt's ordination only an effective solution is to combine forces and start in a single election block so that no Democratic vote will be wasted. A common list of opposition parties alongside these apparent benefits brings another crucial value: it will let us to vote for the people we truly want to vote for. That would be a real election. We can put a cross by the name of the candidate or candidate we know and value most regardless of which option it comes from, either from KO or PSL, left or Poland 2050 without the hazard of wasting our vote. It will be a choice of circumstantial individuals alternatively than any intraparty puzzle of leaders. Those who receive the most votes will win, as in a simple majority rule, and the number of seats to be divided will depend on the strength of the full list. Unfortunately, it seems that this is what PSL leaders and Poland 2050 fear. They're afraid of election. The quality and popularity of their candidates and above all our evaluation and our decision.
Nothing is settled yet. Although the harm all week is actually the final decisions must be made according to the electoral calendar, precisely with the provisions of Article 97 p. 4 of the Electoral Law...: that is, in July/August:
- A coalition electoral committee may be set up from the date of publication
decisions to order elections by 50 days before election day
