March 21, 2014, is the 34th anniversary of the self-incineration of Valentine Badylak, a soldier of the Home Army.
Solidarni2010 one more time celebrated a painful anniversary!
In 1990, 10 years after his death, at the scene of dramatic self-incineration, there was yet a plaque announcing this tragedy.
Last year we placed on the Kraków marketplace Square "Valentine Badylak Memorial Tent’. We asked the authorities of the city of Krakow to add here information in English, so that foreigners would not profane this place, which happened. We suspended an extra makeshift board.
