20 billion from KPO on Defence: Infrastructure and civilian Protection

The Fund was created from the debt part of the National Recovery Plan, changing the allocation of part of the funds provided for in the Green Urban Transformation Facility. The amount of the Fund is PLN 19.5 billion (EUR 4.6 billion). The planned division of the FBI was presented by Deputy Minister of Funds and Regional Policy Jacek Karnowski.
