For 2 decades, the Arbitration Court has developed the position of 1 of the most crucial arbitration centres in Poland. Created by business and for business, based on the best global standards, it gives entrepreneurs what they request most in a dispute situation: professionalism and efficient resolution.
We are highly arrogant that the Court of Arbitration at the Leviathan Confederation has been celebrating for 20 years. The organisation of the Jubilee was a real pleasance for our team, and the evening itself became an chance to reflect on the past years and the inspiration for further activities – he says Agnieszka Siedlecka-Andrychovich, manager of the Court of Arbitration at the Leviathan Confederation.
Today, the Arbitration Court is an institution that not only established the position of arbitration in Poland, but besides co-creates its improvement internationally. The court provides entrepreneurs with modern and effective dispute resolution mechanisms, while building an environment conducive to the improvement of the Polish economy.
