The Kremlin wants Russian officials to usage smartphones moving a homegrown operating system. They would receive a full of 2m phones within 3 years. Propaganda calls it “the best alternate to Western hardware.” Officially, this could be the consequence of sanctions and the withdrawal of large tech companies.
