Two days off for all blood donors? These changes have been in force for respective months now

Currently, honorary blood donors can number on 2 days off from work: the day of the donation and the following day. Not all blood donors know that changes came into force on May 1, 2026. Not everybody gets a full 2 days off? Explain.
