1st National legislature „Polish Defence System. Safe Poland and Citizens" is simply a continuation of the discussion launched by the conference "Be Ready! Before the sirens roar in Krakow”, which caused large interest and agitation. The local governments of Małopolska, headed by Krakow, are among the first to address the safety problem in Poland, which is considered the most crucial in the opinion of most Poles. The beginning part of the event will include: Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz (Vice Prime Minister, Minister of National Defence, patron of the event), Kazimierz Barczyk (President of the Federation of Regional Associations of Commons and Districts of Poland and the Association of insignificant Counties and Districts of Poland, initiator of the congress), Aleksander Miszalski (President of the City of Krakow), Bronisław Komorowski (President of the Republic of Poland in L. 2010-2015, Minister of National Defence in L. 2000-2001), Prof. Jerzy Buzek (President of the European Parliament in L. 1997-2001, president of the Programme Council of Congress).
