190 Smolensk REMEMBER MARCH, June 10, 2026

Ladies and gentlemen,
Smolensk tragedy is inactive waiting for the truth, the judgement of the guilty and it inactive touches the hearts of Poles. one more time we reminded Poland and the planet of the names of 96 people who were murdered on April 10, 2010 due to the detonation of military aircraft TU 154 M no. 101 over Smolensk in the Russian Federation – including the president of Poland Prof. Lech Kaczyński.
This crime, unfortunately, as well as many erstwhile crimes in this Wola Rzezi in the first days of the Warsaw Uprising, the Volynska Rzezi in the borderline heart of Poland, these crimes in the Polish nation were not settled, not punished, and not even buried Victims with due dignity.
After the Smolensk bombing, you were not protected from the hazard of another crime, and as Ewa Stankiewicz said on April 10th: BROTHERS WITHOUT CHARGES ARE fresh VOTES! To this day, we have not recovered from Russian mud or all the remains of the victims of the bombing or all the debris of the plane. To this day, we have not recovered from the Russian mud the remains of our country which have been destroyed by the bombing.
Unfortunately, for 16 years, including 8 years of the regulation of law and justice, they were not explained to Poles as a consequence of whose actions their president was killed and how it was possible. And today, alternatively of chasing the guilty of this national tragedy, those who with large devotion and determination have investigated the causes of this catastrophe have evidence of its criminal nature and are seeking to explain all the circumstances related to the execution of the Polish president in Russia. It is besides a real drama to die in mysterious and unexplained circumstances of persons who could prove or come to the truth.
The Polish state is inactive not safe! If a full professional study were to be created and the perpetrators of this tragedy were to be punished, possibly there would not have been an armed Putinian attack on Russia first in Crimea and then on Ukraine as a whole, and Donald Tusk most likely would not have been Prime Minister of Poland again. all day of the regulation of Tusk and the coalition on 13 December is the demolition of democracy, free media, constitutional structures of the state, discipline and Polish school, the collapse of the economy, mass dismissals, the impunityless depriving Poland of its strategical resources, the debt of Poland to subsequent generations. And what is most painful is to destruct the Poles' dreams of a free and prosperous Homeland, for which our grandfathers fought and died.
We hope that the democratically elected fresh president as a historian and a large patriot understands perfectly that punishing guilty Smolensk crimes and explaining all the circumstances of this drama is the key to safe and sovereign Poland and regaining its due place in the planet and Europe.
96 The Smolenian Sacrifices, their Families, and all of us gathered here, are exhorted to the fact and to the just judgement of the guilty. Tusk and his co-workers, so far, have avoided work for complicity in the Smolensk bombing, which is most likely why the boot and impunity of the coalition regulation "December 13". We trust that all these crimes will be settled by free Poland. And that the next ruling will not deficiency the courage to face this drama for the sake of Poland and Poles effectively.
We won't halt in our fight about memory and the fact about Smolensk! We're not going to halt fighting in our fight for the innocent and the accountable criminal!
