PLN 1878.91 a period since March for childcare. Who gets the money?

Since 1 March 2025, the amount of supplementary benefit has increased, which collects respective twelve 1000 Poles. Valorization increased its amount to PLN 1878.91 per month. Who can benefit from this benefit and how can they receive it?
