Ladies and gentlemen,

On March 7, an unprecedented event took place – an attack on the president of the 2010 Solidarity Association Ewa Stankiewicz and her husband Glenn Jorgensen. Tusk's people were looking in Eva Stankiewicz's flat and basement for debris blown up in Russia by side no. 101, as if after 15 years they had forgotten that Tusk was the 1 who donated the wreckage of this plane, all the evidence about the plane crash, and even the bodies of the Smolensk Putin victims. He did it the first days after the tragedy.
I will now quote the message of the Solidarity 2010 on this issue on our website:
"Members of the Association of Solidarity 2010 express the deepest solidarity with president Ewa Stankiewicz towards the persecution which she was subjected to today, in the form of entering the military gendarmerie at 6:15 a.m. into our President's private apartment. Procedures utilized by the gendarmerie on the orders of the Public Prosecutor's Office, specified as humiliating meticulous searches in private premises and basements by - in full - 9 officers have features of intimidating an independent writer and director.
Ewa Stankiewicz's selfless engagement in explaining the Smolensk assassination and her courage in searching for the fact about the assassination of Smolensk on 10.04.2010, in which the president of Poland Lech Kaczyński and the First woman died, and 94 people crucial to public life in Poland, is widely known. These events took place almost 15 years ago, but the fact of the non-determination and non-punishment of the perpetrators of this crime present echoed in the form of harassment of Ewa Stankiewicz.
Subjecting the president of our Association of Pressures, persistent search for any evidence of her unfulfilled guilt and calling for further explanations in a more unspecified case - deserve condemnation and opposition to which we hereby express publicly".

Ladies and gentlemen,
For 15 years, the solidarity of 2010 has been fighting for the truth, justice, judgement and punishment of the guilty criminal death of Polish president Lech Kaczyński and 95 people accompanying him in a tragic flight to Smolensk, in a period we will celebrate the 15th anniversary of Smolensk's ZAMACH.
The Smolensk tragedy, as the top drama in the past of the modern world, of the abrupt death of most people key to the functioning of the nation and to its identity, including the President, is inactive waiting for the truth, the judgement of the guilty, and it inactive touches the hearts of Poles.
This crime, crimes in the Polish nation have not been settled and you have not been protected from the hazard of another crime, the safety of the Polish State has not been taken care of, the fact about the bombing has not reached the world's public opinion, it has not been explained to Poles as a consequence of whose actions their president died and as possible. And today, alternatively of chasing the guilty of this national tragedy, those who with large devotion and determination have investigated the causes of this catastrophe have evidence of its criminal nature and are seeking to explain all the circumstances related to the execution of the Polish president in Russia.
Unfortunately, 15 years, including 8 years of the regulation of law and justice proved insufficient to know the truth, to prepare a complete professional study and to present results to the full world, and consequently to punish the guilty. Above all – to delude Russian propaganda about the tragedy.
If a professional study were to be created and the guilty of this tragedy were to be punished, possibly there would not have been an attack on Putinsk Russia first in Crimea and then on the full Ukraine, and Donald Tusk most likely would not have been Prime Minister of Poland again. all day of the regulation of Tusk and the coalition on 13 December is the demolition of democracy, constitutional structures of the state, the collapse of the economy, mass dismissals, the deprivation of Poland's strategical resources, the debt of Poland to subsequent generations, and what is most painful - the demolition of Poles' dreams of free and prosperous Homeland.
They scare further, shocking and unprecedented illegal actions, which show that this power is ready to go very far to silence its opponents and illegally suppress the voice of the opposition, the voice of those who stand up for free Poland.
This dismantling of Poland is simply a continuation and continuation of the Smolensk crime, after killing the president of Poland and the resurgent elite of the Polish state in Russia, we now have the demolition with large premeditation of what managed to revive well after this terrible crime on 10/04/2010.
Both present and 15 years ago, Donald Tusk and his Russian explanation of the explanation of the Smolensk crime - the alleged Miller study of 2011, the Polish version of the study of the Russian general Anodina, play a key function in the paralysis of the state safety of the Polish State and president Lech Kaczyński.
Punishing the guilty Smolensk crime and explaining all the circumstances is key to safe and sovereign Poland and regaining its rightful place in the planet and Europe after a large failure after planet War II.
96 The Smolenian Sacrifices, their Families, and all of us gathered here, are exhorted to the fact and to the just judgement of the guilty. Tusk and his colleagues, so far, have avoided work for complicity in the Smolensk bombing, hence the boot and impunity of the coalition's regulation "December 13". We trust that both crimes will be settled by free Poland.
In these dramatic circumstances in which we are presently functioning, the unlawful arrest of right and honest people – priests, officials, prison of mothers of sick children, MPs, revisions, intimidation of the public I wanted to thank you very much on behalf of the 2010 Solidarity Association for participating in our 176 Smolensk Memorial March and very warmly invitation you in a period to a very many participation in the anniversary, the 14th March with portraits, with 96 portraits of Smolensk Victims on the 15th anniversary of our national tragedy.
FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE AND FIGHTING another SOLE TRAGED is simply a FIGHT FOR SUVERNAL POLAND.
We do not accept the panic and lawlessness of Donald Tusk's government. Persecution is all the more crucial the weaker the political opposition to harassment. That's why we call for self-organization. We must argue authoritarian actions and violate the fundamental principles of democracy by the current power. The price of inactivity is to harm people and to lose the Polish State of Solidarnia 2010.

On the 15th anniversary of the Smolensk bombing, we print the 3rd volume of Smolensk Anthology. 96 poems - memory of the victims of the tragedy on April 10, 2010.
The solemn premiere with the participation of poets will be held on 5 April 2025 at 5 p.m. in the conference area AMICUS 2 Hosius Street at St. Stanislaw Kostka Parish. Come on in!
