175 Smolensk REMEMBER MARCH, February 10, 2025

This is another year of the 2010 Solidarity Association's conflict for truth, justice, judgement and punishment of the guilty criminal death of Polish president Lech Kaczyński and 95 people accompanying him in a tragic flight to Smolensk, this year we will celebrate the 15th anniversary of Smolensk's ZAMACH.

Smolensk tragedy, as the top drama in the past of the modern planet of abrupt death of most people key to the functioning of the nation and for its identity, is inactive waiting for the truth, the judgement of the guilty and inactive touches the hearts of Poles.

For nearly 15 years we have been RYING KARY FOR WINE WITNESSES for the president of the Republic of Poland and 95 key people for the Polish State, who died as a consequence of a series of explosions in the TU-154M no. 101 aircraft in the Russian Federation; for 15 years we have been waiting for the authorities and institutions of the Polish State to justice and punish the guilty deaths of the Polish president and accompanying persons in flight at the 70th anniversary of the Katyń crime.

For almost 15 years, we have been demanding the TRUTH, i.e. full, reliable and unquestionable, both in Poland and in the world, the Report, prepared according to the global standards of the investigation of air accidents from this tragic catastrophe in Smolensk 10/04/2010 and that this fact should scope all Poles and the full civilized world.

This crime has not been settled and you have not been protected from the hazard of another crime, the fact about the assassination has not reached the world's public opinion, it has not been explained to Poles as a consequence of whose actions their president died and how this was possible. Immediately after the assassination, during Tusk's first rule, they were limited to covering their tracks, handing over Polish services and all material at the disposal of Putin's criminal and giving him the full investigation. Tusk gave Putin all the evidence, including the bodies of the victims and the plane wreck.

During the regulation of the right, the right was limited to commemorating the event and ardent communicative in the media with a incomprehensible deficiency of effectiveness and paralysis for society, real, competent proceedings, including criminal proceedings. This is the work of the leaders of the prosecutor's investigation and investigation of the Smolensk subcommittee, i.e. those who at the time had all the resources and power to explain and paper this crucial issue for the destiny of Poland and Poles - to the end and without doubt.

If this tragedy had not been resolved by 8 years of regulation of the right in Poland, Donald Tusk would not have become Prime Minister of Poland again. all day of the regulation of Tusk and the coalition on 13 December is the demolition of democracy, constitutional structures of the state, the demolition of the economy, the debt of Poland to the next generations and the demolition of Poles' dreams of free and prosperous Homeland.

It is simply a public attack on Poland, on Polish citizens, on freedom and on our sovereignty. We can't let that happen!

This is an attack on the Polish state's system, illegal organs in the judiciary and in the state; the government breaks the law in a bold manner on 13 December, the state's authorities act illegally, they usage force against political opponents, but besides average citizens. The power in Poland breaks the law and Polish constitutions at all turn, and unfortunately many judges and prosecutors have put in organization - tusk togs and to scare citizens, interacting with the power that destroys Poland at all turn and in all dimension.

In the Finance Act, the Sejm and the legislature of the Coalition on 13 December did not safe constitutional requirements related to the financing of constitutional authorities of the state, and the president – the guardian of the Constitution unfortunately does not block specified a budget, with the highest deficit in fresh decades.

It is not understood that specified a large country, with a 1000-year history, in the mediate of Europe, a associate of the EU and NATO is so powerless against this lawlessness, unprecedented in civilized countries, and even more horrifying to let this in the highest EU structures. This dismantling of Poland is simply a continuation and continuation of the Smolensk crime, after killing the president of the Republic of Poland in Russia and the rebirth of the elite of the Polish state – after German and russian crimes on the Polish nation – 15 years ago, we now have demolition with large premeditation of what managed to recover well after this terrible crime on 10/04/2010.

This crime would not have been possible without maintaining Russia's agentural resources in Poland, historically developed for decades, officially until 1989, unfortunately functioning and supported by Tusk until today, as can be seen in political and economical activities after 13 December 2024, and even in the composition of the current government, the government of national treason.

Both present and 15 years ago, Donald Tusk plays a key function in paralyzing the state's safety of the Polish State and president Lech Kaczyński and in gyrating Russian lies about this crime.
