Poland is presently building the most powerful barrel and rocket artillery among the European Union countries. By the end of the decade, based on contracts already signed, well over 500 modern 155mm guns are expected to be in service, and a fewer years later their number could approach a thousand. The challenge, however, remains the construction of munitions production capacity - not only for missiles, but besides for their components, including specified components as modular propelling charges.
