Investigative journalists reached the list of over 100 of the most sadistic Russian commanders liable for the death of their own soldiers who refused to go to the attack. Officers are charged by soldiers for the direct execution of subordinates, torture to death, and deliberate dispatch without weapons, bulletproof vests to die as “strikes” for drones.
