"$100 billion deficit". Russia's budget problems halt the war?

Volodymyr Zelenski, president of Ukraine, pointed out that economical estimates indicate that the Russian Federation will face a budget deficit of USD 100 billion. By mid-2025, Russia had half of this deficit, and there are besides estimates that this year the Russian deficit will scope $70 billion.
