So far, a benefit of 800 plus was possible for parents of all underage children. However, from 1 June 2025 the change will enter into force. Support will be granted only to parents whose children carry out a school work (sciences) in the Polish institution. The government besides predicted 2 exceptions.

From 1 June 800 plus will be given parents of children who meet this condition. There are exceptions.
As mentioned above, from 1 June 800 plus will be given only parents of children carrying out the work to survey (school) in Polish institutions: zerków (pre-school preparation), primary schools and secondary schools. The legislature exempts 2 groups of children from this obligation:
Little ones besides tiny to learn,
students of the last classes of secondary schools.
ZUS estimates that the right to download 800 plus will lose 20 - 30 1000 parents, especially Ukrainians. This is not the end, however, due to the fact that the same condition applies to the benefit of 300 plus for the acquisition of school expeditions. In another words, failure to meet the request to fulfil the school work will in fact mean the failure of 2 benefits at once.
Not just attending a non-Polish school. You can lose 800 plus over this, too.
Benefits 800 plus cannot be collected by a parent whose kid has already been 18 years old, and besides erstwhile it performs a school work (sciences) in a non-Polish school. And that's not all. 800 plus can besides be lost in the following cases:
failure to apply for an extension of the 800 plus download,
similar benefits for minors abroad,
the insignificant kid collects 800 plus on his own consolation,
the insignificant kid is married,
the kid attends a military school or another facility providing full support,
The child's minors went to a care and training facility, a foster household or a detention centre - then the funds of 800 plus receives the institution, not the parents of the child.
