The President's Chancellery reacts to the swearing-in plan of fresh Constitutional Tribunal judges

The only body before which the oath of office of a individual elected to the office of a justice of the Constitutional Tribunal can be effectively taken is the president of the Republic of Poland, and the word "towards" means as much as in the presence of the president - we read in Thursday's message of the KPRP regarding the plan for taking the oath by 4 elected but not sworn judges of the Tribunal.
