Supreme Administrative Court: Proximity to the planned road does not invalidate the building permit

Although the building was built in close proximity to the planned road, the ultimate Administrative Court refused to declare the building licence invalid. The court pointed out that the regulations governing distances concern the location of the building in relation to the road, and not the another way around.
