The Sejm passed a fresh on the ban on keeping dogs trapped

Keeping a dog trapped, for example on a chain, will be prohibited – the MPs decided on Friday, passing an amendment to the Animal Protection Act. Today, regulations let pets to be trapped permanently no longer than 12 hours a day.
