Russian assets are backing Ukraine again. Brussels donated EUR 1.4 billion

The European Union has transferred EUR 1.4 billion of extraordinary profits from frozen assets of the Bank of Russia to Ukraine. It's the 5th aid, and the second this year. In total, the assets of the Bank of Russia contributed EUR 8 billion to Ukraine.
