Fines for crimes to be 10 times higher. More people may go to jail

Fines adjudicated for crimes are to increase by as much as 10 times. The minimum is to emergence from 100 to 1,000 zlotys, and the maximum from 1 million 80 1000 to 10.8 million zlotys. Experts criticize this. More people will be jailed for failing to pay fines.
