At least 150,000 pensioners are to receive a higher pension. The difference is over PLN 1000

Recently, the Constitutional Tribunal ruled on a senior's complaint in connection with the simplification of the amount of the benefit after early retirement. Although the verdict was issued in an individual case, its consequences should affect at least 150,000 people. According to ZUS calculations, the benefits of the victims may be increased by up to PLN 1200 per month.
